baking monster reared its head today. 'twas the turn of peanut butter cookies. it's amazing how much one is put off eating cookies/brownies/muffins/whatever once they start making them themselves. i guess it's probably the (amazingly) turn-off smell of sugar and shortening, along with almond essence or peanut butter, if you will. talk about the new age diet plan.
